Yamil Cisternas

Yamil Cisternas is an accomplished internal auditor and risk consultant with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Auditor Interno and Encargada de Prevencion de Delitos at Pocuro since December 2021, Yamil Cisternas provides senior-level advisory to the General Manager and Board of Directors, ensuring the effective functioning of the Crime Prevention Model and leading the internal audit team. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Johnson Controls, where Yamil Cisternas led consulting services for the retail industry, and several key positions at Pocuro, SMU S.A., Preunic, and Deloitte, focusing on internal audit, operational risk, and risk modeling. Yamil Cisternas holds a degree in Contador Público y Auditor from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
