Katarzyna Gajzler

Katarzyna Gajzler possesses over 12 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of the Training and Development Office at Poczta Polska S. A. since April 2007. In this role, Katarzyna has been instrumental in creating comprehensive competency solutions and implementing onboarding processes across the company, while also enhancing HR procedures. Previously, Katarzyna has worked as a Strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating with management on HR initiatives, and as a Senior HR Specialist/Internal Trainer, focusing on recruitment for high-level positions and managing Assessment and Development Centre projects. Katarzyna began their career at BIGRAM S.A. Personnel Consulting as a Junior Consultant in Development and Training. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management Psychology and a Master’s in General Pedagogy/Andragogy from the University of Warsaw.
