Maria Henderson-Protsik (FCIPD) currently serves as the VP of People at Pod, where oversight includes People Operations, People Partnering, and Talent Management teams. Previously, Maria founded HenPro People Solutions, offering bespoke HR leadership and business coaching services for startups and SMEs. Notable experience includes roles as Director of People & Culture at Hydrogen Group, where leadership of the global People function spanned multiple regions, and as Head of People & Culture during significant international business expansion. Early career roles encompassed various HR positions at organizations like Turner & Townsend, Euromoney Institutional Investor, and GSMA. Maria holds an MSc in Management and Human Resources from The London School of Economics and has obtained multiple qualifications in coaching and HR development.
