Mustafa Karabas

Mustafa Karabas has extensive work experience in the field of mechanical engineering and research. Mustafa is currently the Director of Research and New Product Development at Podimetrics. Prior to this, they worked as a Staff Engineer in R&D Verification and Validation at BD and embecta. From 2019 to 2020, Mustafa served as a Principal Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Myomo, Inc. Mustafa also worked as a Staff Mechanical Engineer at the Advanced Technology Team of the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering from 2012 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Stanley Black&Decker, Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Analogic Corporation/Copley Controls, and Mechanical Design Engineer at MISTRAS Group Inc.
