Celia Hoag has a diverse work experience. Celia currently works as an Experience Strategist at Merkle, where they began in January 2022. Prior to that, they were an Associate Instructor for Digital Marketing at Podium Education, starting in May 2022. In this role, they supported classes focused on e-commerce, website optimization, SEO, and customer acquisition, while also mentoring students on digital marketing career opportunities.
Before joining Podium Education, Celia worked as an Account Planner at The Integer Group from June 2019 to January 2022. In this position, they led and developed insights discovery and trend analysis for client teams, including Starbucks, Seattle's Best Coffee, Evolution Fresh Juice, Ferrero, and PayPal. Celia also presented their findings to internal and client teams.
In 2018, Celia gained experience as a Global Strategy Intern at Commonwealth//McCann, where they worked from May to August. Overall, they have developed a strong background in strategy, marketing, and education, leveraging their skills in client communication, trend analysis, and mentorship.
Celia Hoag attended Grand Valley State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. In 2017, they also briefly studied International Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Grenoble Ecole de Management. Additionally, in May 2023, Celia obtained a certification in UX Foundations: Content Strategy from LinkedIn.
