Chloe Bergsma-Safar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as an Intake Specialist and later became a Senior Legal Assistant at Their Justice. In 2016, they served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Buenos Aires, where they planned and delivered lessons on US language and culture. Chloe then worked as a Field Interviewer at DataWise Consulting, LLC in 2017 and as a Substitute Teacher at EDUStaff, LLC.

In 2022, Chloe worked as a Data Science and Engineering Teaching Assistant at Metis, where they completed a 14-week immersive Data Science and Machine Learning bootcamp. Chloe then joined Podium Education as a Data Engineer. Throughout their bootcamp, they gained expertise in various areas such as exploratory data analysis, machine learning, NLP, and data engineering.

Chloe Bergsma-Safar completed a Master's degree in Social Science at UCLA from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Arts With Highest Distinction in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Michigan between 2011 and 2012. Chloe also attended Kalamazoo College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Spanish Language and Literature but did not obtain a degree.

In addition to their formal education, Chloe obtained various certifications. Chloe received a certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning from Metis in April 2022. In July 2020, they completed a Live Online Beginner Python and Math for Data Science course at Metis. Chloe also obtained several Python certifications from the University of Michigan in 2020, including Python for Everybody (Using Python to Access Web Data), Python for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), and Python for Everybody (Python Data Structures). Furthermore, they hold a CELU (Certificate of Spanish: Language and Use) from the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina, which they obtained in December 2016.
