Madison Little

Madison Little started their work experience in 2015 as the ArtStreet Cafe Director of Marketing at Flyer Enterprises. In 2015, they also worked as a Senior Marketing Intern at The Mathile Institute For The Advancement of Human Nutrition. From 2016 to 2019, they served as an Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target. In 2019, they joined Shipwell as a People Operations Specialist and later became a People Operations Generalist from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Podium Education, where they have held the positions of Director of People Operations from 2021 to 2022 and is currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations from September 2022.

Madison Little attended the University of Dayton from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
