Madison Little is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in building and leading People Operations functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations at Podium Education, Madison has successfully designed and implemented recruiting processes to support significant growth while fostering a strong company culture. Previously, Madison held roles as a Director of People Operations and People Operations Generalist at various organizations, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. Madison also contributed to the HR community as an HR Leader at StartupExperts. With a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Dayton, Madison possesses a strong foundation in both HR and marketing strategies.
