Scott M. Flancher

Scott Flancher is an experienced educator with a diverse background in mathematics instruction and leadership. Currently serving as a Lead Instructor at Podium Education since May 2022, Scott has previously held positions such as Teaching Specialist at the University of Minnesota, where responsibilities included managing courses and teams of Teaching Assistants. Scott's teaching experience spans various educational settings, including teaching high school math courses at ThunderRidge High School and Westminster Public Schools, where direct communication with local community colleges was essential for concurrent enrollment classes. Additionally, Scott has contributed to course management and instruction at the University of Minnesota and has experience in data analysis from roles like Graduate Teaching Assistant and Math Enrichment Tutor. Scott holds a Master of Science in Mathematics (Math Education) and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Physics from Concordia College.
