Steve Wennerholm

Steve Wennerholm has extensive work experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Steve has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Head of Finance at Podium Education since 2022.

Prior to that, Steve worked at Degreed from 2019 to 2022, where they started as an FP&A Manager and later became the Director of FP&A. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining and improving financial models, transitioning from excel to the CPM tool Workday Adaptive Insights Planning, and leading the implementation project with an implementation partner.

Before Degreed, Steve worked at Domo, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Steve began as a Financial Analyst, managing FP&A responsibilities for the sales organization. Steve then became the Senior Commission Analyst, where they were responsible for implementing and managing the Sales Performance Management (SPM) software, calculating commissions payments, and working on financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. During their time at Domo, they also participated in the initial public offering (IPO) filing in June 2018.

Prior to Domo, Steve worked at doTERRA International LLC from 2012 to 2016. Steve started as an Accounts Payable clerk, managing vendor invoices, payments, and expense classification. Steve also worked in various roles such as Manager of Training and Manager of Member Services.

In addition to their finance roles, Steve worked as a Summer Sales Representative at Axis Direct Marketing in 2013 and as a Customer Care and Account Development Manager at Nationwide Insurance from 2007 to 2009. At Nationwide Insurance, they handled customer inquiries and made outbound sales calls.
