Damon Janis

Damon Janis is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer currently working with the Enterprise AI team at Podium since November 2024, focusing on the development of custom AI agents for client leads and sales. Prior to this, Damon held various positions at Podium, including being a technical lead and contributing to the Messaging platform, and worked at GridPoint building energy management tools using Elixir and Phoenix LiveView. As the owner of Contingency, Damon leverages an open-source Infusionsoft API library for Elixir. Previous experience includes work as a software developer in the dental industry, an analyst and IT consultant, and an intern at Deloitte. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
