Kamiel Sumsion Smith

Kamiel Sumsion Smith has extensive experience in sales and recruitment, currently serving as Head of Sales Recruiting at Podium since May 2017, where previous roles included Recruiting Manager, Sr Corporate Recruiter, and Corporate Recruiter. Prior to joining Podium, Kamiel worked with Red Bull as part of the Wings Team for a brief period. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Silver Fire, as well as completing internships as a Sales Representative at both Cariloha, LLC and Del Sol. Kamiel started a career in sales at Silver Fire, holding positions as Sales Trainer and Sales Representative. Kamiel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University, graduated in 2019, and completed a diploma at Alta High School in 2014.
