Katie Coupe

Katie Coupe possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held significant leadership roles at organizations such as BetterUp, where Katie served as Vice President of Human Resources and HR Consultant, and Gap Inc., where Katie held positions as Senior Human Resources Leader and Human Resources Manager. Currently, Katie is the Interim Chief People Officer at SeekOut and also acts as an Advisor at Stride. Additionally, Katie has contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant in Organizational Behavior at Cornell University ILR School. Katie Coupe holds both a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
