Tracy Millard

Tracy Millard is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Poettker Construction Company since September 2017. Prior to that, Tracy worked as the Director of People Services at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in 2011 and as a Human Resources Business Partner at BJC HealthCare from 2010 to 2011. Tracy also has experience as an HR Client Consultant at Ameren from 1998 to 2010. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
