Natasha Geraldo Baird

Natasha Geraldo Baird has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Natasha most recently worked as the Head of HR at Pogust Goodhead starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior People Partner at Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK) from June 2022 to November 2022. Their previous roles at Slater and Gordon include Senior Employee Relations Manager from June 2021 to July 2022, and Employee Relations Manager from July 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining Slater and Gordon, Natasha worked as an Employee Relations Advisor at British Gypsum from September 2018 to July 2019. Natasha also gained experience at Greene King, where they held the positions of Employee Relations Team Leader from May 2018 to September 2018, and Employee Relations Advisor from June 2016 to May 2018.
