Ville Valkonen

Ville Valkonen is a seasoned clinical teaching pharmacist currently contributing to the development of clinical pharmacy and medication safety education, practice, and research at Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue since August 2023. Ville has served as a University Teacher and Coordinator in Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Eastern Finland since June 2016, focusing on course design and educational development. Additionally, Ville is a co-owner and pharmacist at MedFactor Oy since January 2019, with a diverse professional background that includes roles as an Account Manager, Service Developer, and Drug Information Pharmacist at various organizations, including Lääketietokeskus Oy and Kansallinen lääkeinformaatiokeskus Klik Oy. Ville holds a Master of Science in Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Eastern Finland, alongside additional qualifications in service solutions from Aalto University.
