Matthew Windman is an attorney with experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements related to various industries. Matthew advises on contractual obligations, intellectual property rights, corporate governance, securities regulations, and more. Matthew also serves as a Pro Bono Entertainment Attorney, providing legal consultations to artists and assessing entertainment industry contracts. As an Arts Journalist, Matthew writes theater reviews, interviews, and news articles. Matthew has also worked in law firms managing cases involving class action claims, insurance coverage, labor law, and more. Matthew holds a JD from New York Law School and a BA in Dramatic Literature and Journalism from New York University.
