Deborah Walters

Debbie Walters is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as President and CEO at PohlmanUSA Court Reporting since May 2012, Debbie has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the same organization. Prior to this role, Debbie was a Senior Consultant at Collaborative Strategies, Inc., where responsibilities included strategic planning and performance management for mid-sized companies and not-for-profit organizations. Previous experience includes serving as a Financial Advisor at Smith Barney and as Vice President at both MetLife and General American Life Insurance Company, focusing on operations and policyholder services. Debbie holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Organizational Administration from Saint Louis University.
