Kim Higley

Kim Higley currently serves as the Employer Outreach and Youth Success Program Manager at POIC + RAHS since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kim dedicated nearly eight years to New Avenues for Youth, holding various positions including Assistant Director of Workforce Development and Workforce Development Manager. Earlier experience includes a Program Manager role at Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest and multiple positions at Dream Big Day Camp, Inc. and YMCA of Boulder Valley. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Colorado State University.
