Sean Caddigan

Sean Caddigan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sean currently serves as the Sr. Director of Growth- New England at Point B, a management consulting firm. Here, they formulate and drives strategies for complex, transformational initiatives while leveraging their expertise in project and program leadership, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to this role, Sean worked as the Sr. Account Director-Dell Technologies at Experis IT - A ManpowerGroup Company from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they served as the Sr. Account Executive at Experis IT from 2011 to 2016. In 2010, Sean held the position of Director-Professional Services Group at DS Graphics, where they worked with clients in various industries to optimize their communications and streamline their supply chains. Sean also gained experience as a Print Optimization Executive at LVI Print Optimization in 2009. In 2004, Sean co-founded Talent Retriever LLC, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm, where they served as the Co-founder & Executive Vice President until 2009. Early in their career, Sean worked as an Account Executive at Sapphire Technology from 2000 to 2002. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated expertise in management consulting, account management, and recruiting, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Sean Caddigan attended Westboro High from 1984 to 1987. Sean then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management at Assumption University from 1987 to 1991.
