Trig Hardie has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as a Designer, where they were responsible for designing collateral, illustrations, and art direction for photo shoots. At Anthropologie, Trig functioned as the Visual Manager for home goods and apparel, overseeing window displays, signage, and art installations. They then joined Gap Inc. as a Visual Merchandiser, creating iconic looks for the Men's Division and managing a team of graphic designers. Trig later worked at Athleta as the Manager of Color, Visual Graphics & Trend, collaborating with the design team to update and expand the product line. They also served as the Art Director at QOR, Twigandcricket.co, and Point B, where they were involved in various creative roles such as translating creative briefings into design concepts, managing projects, and directing the flow of merchandise. Trig's work experience also includes roles at Sephora, Les Schwab Tire Centers, and Ariat International, where they held positions involving creative direction, campaign execution, team management, and strategic planning.
Trig Hardie attended the California College of the Arts, studying Graphic Design from an unknown start year until 2002. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, Trig attended San Jose State University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in advertising.
