James Smith

James Smith is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Principal Staff Engineer at Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. since May 2024, James also owns Sprybird LLC, where an innovative product, the Dunky Cup novelty mug, is being brought to market following a successful Kickstarter campaign. Previously, James held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Sloan, contributing to the design of commercial restroom lavatory systems, and served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Marketing Specialist at Proof Engineering Co., where expertise in product development and market strategies was demonstrated. Earlier roles included Senior Design Engineer at ESG Engineering and Design and Analysis Engineer at Elio Engineering, focusing on automotive seating systems and product development. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.
