Eric Eiselt

Eric Eiselt has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Eric started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Eaton Electrical in 1996 and then worked at Peterbilt Motors and John Deere in similar roles. In 2000, they joined Thomas Built Buses as a Mechanical Design Engineer before transitioning to General Dynamics Land Systems as a Mechanical Design Engineer. At General Dynamics, they served as an IPT liaison for the Command Vehicle and was involved in the design and implementation of auxiliary systems components for the EFV program. In 2007, they joined Weber Aircraft as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for component design and assembly documentation for a seat platform. Eric then worked at Point Innovation, where they held various roles including Sr Mechanical Design Engineer, Project Engineering, and Project Engineer. In their roles at Point Innovation, they managed projects, developed cost estimations, organized client meetings, and created training materials for internal teams. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong technical skills and the ability to lead and manage teams.

Eric Eiselt attended Penn State Erie, The Behrend College from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Note-Taking for Business Professionals and SOLIDWORKS 2017 Essential Training from LinkedIn in March 2019, Change Management Specialist (CMS) and Six Sigma Lean Professional from the Management and Strategy Institute in March 2016, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2022.
