David Sroka started their work experience in 1991 as General Manager at Productivity Point International, where they managed all functions of a $3 million instructor-led training center. David then held various positions within the company, including Sales Manager, Director of Training, and Trainer on track to General Manager role. In 1995, they became Manager of Implementation & Education at Customer Insight Company (now Experian), where they led a team of 23 and worked with customers such as Chase Manhattan, Bank of America, Ameritech, Sprint, and Compaq. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Pre-Sales Consultant at The Hibbert Group, presenting and providing pre-sales consulting on the company's technology capabilities. In 2000, they joined Calico Commerce as a Sales Engineer, providing pre-sales consulting on e-commerce software applications for clients such as Best Buy, Staples, KPNQwest, Cisco, and Dell Computer. In 2000, they also worked as an Account Director at Finali Corporation. Since 2003, they have been the President & CEO of Point of Reference, where they offer customer reference program services to organizations.
David Sroka pursued their education at Marquette University from 1981 to 1983, focusing on Liberal Arts. David then attended the University of Denver from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
