Christine Wischusen McCoid

Christine Wischusen McCoid, Ed.D. serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Point Pleasant School District since July 2022. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Principal at Hazlet Township Public Schools from August 2013 to July 2022, and earlier served as Assistant Principal at Union Catholic High School from April 2002 to August 2013. Additionally, Christine worked as a Technology Integration Specialist at EdGate from June 2000 to April 2002 and began their educational career as a Grade 4 Teacher at Brookside Place School in Cranford Public Schools from September 1995 to June 2000. Christine earned the Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Monmouth University, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision from Seton Hall University, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Boston College.
