Vivian Fiss has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Vivian started their career in 1999 as an Educator in the Newhall School District, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they held the role of Assistant Principal in the same district. In 2018, they joined the Castaic Union School District as a Principal, a position they held until 2021. Currently, since 2021, they serve as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction in the Sulphur Springs Union School District. Their experience includes teaching, administrative roles, and leadership positions in multiple school districts.
Vivian Fiss completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree with a focus on Administrative Credential at California State University, Northridge in 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification from the Association of California School Administrators' Personnel Academy in March 2021.
