Dylan Ascolese

Dylan Ascolese currently serves as Vice President of Valuation and Provider Settlement at Point32Health, overseeing a 26-member team responsible for financial estimates, regulatory reporting, and provider risk management across multiple business lines since April 2021. Previously, Dylan held the position of Director at Tufts Health Plan, managing a team of nine in Commercial pricing and financial forecasting from May 2016 to April 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Actuary at EmblemHealth from September 2005 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing Individual Products and Financial Analytics, along with overseeing rate filings and financial reporting for state-sponsored programs. Dylan holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
