Hemant Hora M.D.

Hemant Hora MD, FACP is a highly experienced medical professional with a robust background in hospital medicine and utilization management. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Medical Director at Point32Health since November 2016, Hemant oversees utilization management operations and collaborates across various divisions within the Medical Affairs Department. In addition, Hemant holds key leadership positions within the Massachusetts Medical Society, including President of the Norfolk District Medical Society and Advisor to the MMS Committee on the Quality of Medical Practice. Hemant's extensive experience also includes roles as an Academic Hospitalist at Mount Auburn Hospital, where management of acutely ill patients is a primary focus, and in teaching as an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Hemant's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from New York Medical College and an MBBS from Delhi University.
