Mshi Frank Farley

Frank Farley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Frank is currently the Director of Information Technology Business Partnerships at Point32Health. In their previous role at care.coach, Frank specialized in working with healthcare programs and implementing artificial intelligence digital health technology. Prior to that, they held various positions at CDPINE, where they provided advice and management in operations, strategy, marketing, business development, and information technology. Before CDPINE, Frank served as a Regional Director at Stockton Turner, LLC, overseeing a team and advising executive management on organizational initiatives. Frank also worked as a Manager at Stockton Turner LLC, focusing on process improvement and operations management. At Sonexis (formerly Brooktrout Software), Frank was a Senior Network Services Engineer, leading a team in software and hardware implementation and providing technical support.

Frank Farley, MSHI, has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Informatics from Northeastern University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Finance, also from Northeastern University. Additionally, Frank has Information Technology Certifications from Clark University, where they specialized in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Certified Novell Engineer (CNE). In January 2023, they obtained the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification from APMG International.
