Thaddeus Comeau

Thaddeus Comeau has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Thaddeus started their career as a Nurse Liaison at Critical Care Systems in 2005, where they facilitated referrals for patients to continue infusion therapy at home. In 2006, they became the owner of Heritage Home Health. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Accountable Care Associates as an RN Certified Case Manager and later as a Utilization Management Supervisor. Thaddeus then moved to Health South Rehab Hospital in 2015 as the Director of Case Management until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Director of Accountable Care Transformation and Care Management at BMC HealthNet Plan/Well Sense Health Plan. Currently, Thaddeus holds two roles at Point32Health. Thaddeus is the Director of Population Health and Integrated Care Management for Senior Care Options and Vice President of Care Management for Public Plans and Senior Care Options.

Prior to that, Thaddeus earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social and Rehabilitation Services from Assumption University. Thaddeus studied at Assumption University from 1988 to 1991.
