Urcel Fields has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Urcel is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and President of Government Markets at Point32Health since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Centene Corporation from September 2020 to November 2023. Before that, they held the position of State President at WellCare Health Plans from January 2019 to September 2020. Urcel also worked at Amerigroup as the Chief Operating Officer from June 2017 to December 2018, and as the Regional Vice President of Provider Solutions from June 2012 to June 2017. Additionally, they held roles at Centene Corporation/Peach State Health Plan as the Senior Director of Contracting from August 2011 to June 2012, and as the Regional Director of Contracting from August 2010 to August 2011. Urcel began their career at Aetna as a Senior Network Manager from December 2001 to August 2010.

Urcel Fields has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Howard University. Additionally, Urcel has pursued further education, earning a Master of Public Health degree in Health Services Administration from Boston University.
