Mike Jemiolo

Chief Risk Officer at Point72

Mike Jemiolo is currently the Chief Risk Officer at Point72. Mike has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked in various capacities at UBS Investment Bank, Point72 Asset Management, Swiss Bank Corp, and O'Connor & Associates.

Jemiolo began their career at O'Connor & Associates as a trading intern in 1989. Mike was quickly promoted to Trading Assistant and then to Associate Director, Trader for the firm's foreign exchange derivatives division. In 1991, Jemiolo left O'Connor & Associates to join Swiss Bank Corp as Director of Equities Management (Trading Systems).

After six years at Swiss Bank Corp, Jemiolo moved to UBS Investment Bank in 1998. Mike spent 11 years at UBS, eventually becoming the Global Head of Market Risk. In 2009, Jemiolo left UBS to join Point72 Asset Management, where they served as Chief Risk Officer.

Mike Jemiolo attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

They work with Harry Schwefel - Co-Chief Investment Officer, Massoud Heidari - Global Co-Head of the Central Liquidity Group, and Mark Brubaker - Chief Technology Officer. Their manager is Steven A. Cohen, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President.
