Jessi Cravens

Jessi Cravens has a strong background in supply chain and operations management. Jessi has held various leadership roles in different companies. Their most recent position was as the Senior Director of Supply Chain & Planning at POINT Biopharma, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company. Prior to that, they worked at TouchPoint Medical, where they served as the Operations & Supply Chain Leader and was responsible for overseeing a diverse team and driving strategic initiatives. Jessi also served as the Supply Chain Manager at TouchPoint Medical, where they negotiated contracts and implemented global processes. Jessi Cravens has also gained experience at Aisin U.S.A. Mfg., Inc. as a Senior Strategic Buyer, at Valeo as a Supply Chain Coordinator, and at Columbus Regional Health as a Radiologic Technologist. Their early career involved working at Cummins Inc. as a Business Unit Manager, where they directed and coached a large team and implemented improvements in manufacturing processes.

Jessi Cravens has a Bachelor of Science degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington. Jessi also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capella University and an Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Ivy Tech Community College. In addition, they have certifications including CPSM (Certified Professional of Supply Management) from ISM - St. Louis, Inc., Leadership Challenge from Fine Points Leadership, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, and Six Sigma - Green Belt from Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry.
