Caroline Cisnado Davis has extensive experience in strategic pricing and packaging. Caroline Cisnado is currently serving as the Vice President of Packaging and Pricing at PointClickCare since October 2021. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Vice President, Strategic Pricing at Elavon, Inc. from May 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they established a customer-centric pricing framework and implemented ML/AI models to forecast expenses and design profitable subscription offerings.

Before Elavon, Caroline worked at AT&T, where they held multiple roles. Caroline's career began at IBM, where they worked from 1999 to 2004. Caroline Cisnado served as the Global Bids Manager from November 2002 to July 2004, and as the Latin American Pricing Manager from January 2001 to November 2002. In these roles, they focused on financial return and volume opportunities, implemented pricing programs, and developed pricing initiatives aligned with corporate goals. Caroline also worked as the World-Wide Pricer and Lead World-Wide Pricing Manager from February 1999 to December 2000 at IBM, where they predicted pricing, modeled rate of return, and identified profit levers for the strategic business plan.

Before their career at IBM, Caroline owned and operated a business called New World Wines from August 2004 to March 2009.

Caroline Cisnado Davis completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and German at Boston College. Caroline Cisnado then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
