Rachel Burnard

Rachel Burnard has a diverse background in healthcare project management and nursing. Rachel currently works as a Senior Clinical Solutions Lead at PointClickCare. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Project Manager - Implementations at InterSystems for three years. Rachel also has experience as a Manager, Enterprise Account Management at Ovia Health, where they successfully implemented and launched multiple clients. Rachel previously held the position of Project Manager at American Well, where they were responsible for driving the implementation of telehealth products and services for clients. Their earlier work experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and as a Registered Nurse at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and deliver successful outcomes.

Rachel Burnard, RN, MBA, PMP has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Pennsylvania, where they also minored in Healthcare Management. Rachel further pursued their education at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, earning an MBA with a focus on Health Sector Management. Rachel also holds additional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert. Rachel obtained their Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Boston University Questrom School of Business. Additionally, Rachel is a Registered Nurse certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Rachel completed their secondary education at Needham High School.
