Lance Kotter

Lance Kotter is an experienced sales manager and business owner with a strong entrepreneurial background. Currently serving as the Sales Manager at Pointe Pest Control, Lance leads teams in selling pest control services across several states. As a business owner of Elemental Health, Round Table Marketing, and The Kotter Project, Lance focuses on a life vision of being an instrument in God's hands through various ventures. Additionally, Lance co-owns WAMP, a company providing portable stage, lighting, and sound equipment rentals in Utah. As a professional musician, Lance plays the cello and harp while singing lead in The Kotter Project, which aims to empower imaginations through music. Educational credentials include degrees in Business Entrepreneurship and certifications in Social Media Marketing, Accounting, and Professional Sales from Ensign College and LDS Business College.
