Hugh Ritchie

Hugh Ritchie is a Senior Product Designer at Points, a Plusgrade company, since June 2021, after serving as a Product Designer. Prior to this role, Hugh worked at RBC from May 2020 to June 2021 as a UI/UX Designer and Business Analyst, leading the design of an ITSM product that saved $200,000 for the tech service desk. Previous experiences include user experience design for Hugh Ritchie, UX design and data analysis at Spot9, and various roles at RBC focused on data visualization and UI/UX design, contributing to multimillion-dollar projects. Hugh holds a degree in Digital Futures from OCAD University and has pursued additional education in JavaScript and front-end development.
