Mark McGrady has a wealth of experience in the tech and consulting industries, having worked in various roles since 2002. Mark began their career in the US Army, where they served as a 92G - Food Service Specialist from 2002 to 2008. Mark then joined SiteKreator as an Accounts Manager / Web Consultant from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, Mark moved to WebForce as an Accounts Manager / Web Consultant, where they worked until 2014. Most recently, Mark has been employed as a Technical Support Manager at PointServ since 2014. In this role, they are responsible for helping loan applicants securely submit loan supporting documentation to their lender.

Mark McGrady attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Mark also holds a certification from AHIT.
