Erin McGowan

Erin McGowan is a seasoned professional in software quality assurance and quality engineering, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Software Quality at The Pokémon Company International since April 2024. Previously, Erin held the position of Senior Manager for QA Automation at Proofpoint from June 2023 to March 2024 and spent nearly seven years at Indeed.com in various roles, culminating as Senior Manager of Quality Assurance Engineering, where notable accomplishments included leading QA efforts across multiple engineering organizations and providing mentorship. Erin has extensive experience in leadership roles across companies like Rackspace, Dell, Vivisimo, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Microsoft, with expertise in creating staffing plans, managing large teams, and developing test automation strategies.
