Jeff Seymour

Jeff Seymour has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Jeff is currently the Head of Global Total Rewards and People Operations at The Pokémon Company International since September 2020. Prior to this, they founded the HR Global Leaders group on LinkedIn in 2017, aiming to create a community for HR professionals to share best practices and provide solutions for talent management. Jeff also served as the Head of People Operations at Qumulo from April 2019 to June 2020.

Before joining The Pokémon Company International and Qumulo, Jeff worked at Microsoft for almost a decade, holding various roles including Sr HR Business Partner, Global Compensation Manager, and Global Stock Plan Manager. Jeff founded the Human Resources (HR) Professionals LinkedIn Group in 2008, which lasted until 2017. Jeff also worked as an HR Consultant at Seymour HR Consulting from 2008 to 2010, and as a Benefits & Compensation Manager at SolutionsIQ from 2006 to 2008.

Prior to their roles at SolutionsIQ, Jeff worked as an HR Manager at Medtronic from 2004 to 2006, and at Three-Five Systems from 2002 to 2004. Jeff began their HR career as an HR Generalist at MusicNet in 2001. Overall, Jeff has a breadth of experience in HR and has held leadership and consultancy positions in various organizations throughout their career.

Jeff Seymour attended the University of Washington from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. In October 2017, they obtained a Triple-Threat Project Management certification from Lynda.com.
