Chad Holloway has extensive experience in the poker industry. Chad started their career as a WSOP Blogger/Intern for Bluff Media in 2009. Chad then went on to work as a Freelance Writer for Poker Pro Media, where they published articles on Fantasy Poker. Chad also served as a Blogger for Phil Laak's online website UnabomberPoker.com, writing blog updates on various poker topics. In 2010, they joined PokerNews as a Senior Writer, where they wrote daily articles and occasionally did live reporting at tournaments. Chad later became the Media Director for the Mid-States Poker Tour, coordinating media efforts, live reporting tournaments, and arranging player benefits. Chad then joined Ante Up Magazine as an Ambassador in 2011. Currently, Chad is the Head of Live Reporting North America at PokerNews, responsible for arranging and executing live reporting for poker tournaments in the United States and Canada. In this role, they also handle marketing, social media, and networking.

Chad Holloway's education history begins in 2003 when they attended UW-Baraboo/Sauk County, where they obtained an Associate's degree in General studies. Chad then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2005 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Subsequently, Chad enrolled at Tulane University Law School in 2007, completing their studies in 2008 and obtaining a Juris Doctorate degree in Law.

In addition to their academic achievements, Chad Holloway obtained a certification called the "GREAT Leadership Development Programme 2023" from Flutter International in May 2023.
