Jason Sugarman

Jason Sugarman is an experienced entrepreneur with a diverse background in the restaurant industry. As the Owner and Franchisee of Pokéworks since January 2018 and a Franchise Partner at Johnny Rockets since January 2000, Jason has demonstrated a commitment to business leadership and brand development. Previously, Jason served as the Owner and Partner at Asia Grille from February 2019 to January 2023, enhancing culinary experiences in the Garden City area. Additionally, Jason operated The Cutting Board from October 2014 to May 2015. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, along with a minor in Psychology, from Bryant University, where studies occurred from 2000 to 2004.
