Tracie Myers

Tracie Myers has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Tracie is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of poktpool, Inc, a company focused on the crypto landscape and staking rewards. Prior to this role, they worked at Walmart Global Tech as a Product Owner, where they defined product strategy and delivery of Microsoft 365.

Tracie also has experience in blockchain technology, having served as the Director of Product Development at BlockSpaces and as a Project Manager / Crypto-Economics Lead at Pocket Network. In these roles, they led the ideation, development, and implementation of blockchain projects, collaborated with developers, and researched network protocols.

Before their ventures into the tech industry, Tracie worked as a Program Manager at TDA Global Sports, where they implemented a SQL Database to aggregate data for multiple events. Tracie also had experience in operations management as part of TM Analytics, where they developed compliance guidelines and optimized gaming strategies.

Earlier in their career, Tracie worked as a blockchain consultant for Slamanation Mining, a mathematics and science tutor at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, and as a Lead Designer and Business Owner at Front Door Design and Printing. Tracie also served as a Print/Design Art Director at Complete Media Solutions, where they developed creative strategies for various print and digital media.

Throughout their career, Tracie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of technology and its application in various industries.

Tracie Myers completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2012, they earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota. Tracie then pursued further education at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Agile Project Management. This degree was completed from 2015 to 2018.

Tracie also has several additional certifications. In November 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance. One month later, in December 2019, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the same institution.

Tracie has also completed various courses and obtained certifications in the field of blockchain. In August 2019, they completed the Blockchain: Foundations and Use Cases course from ConsenSys Academy. In November 2019, they earned the Comprehensive Cardano Vol. 2 certification from Udemy and the Build a Blockchain certification from the same platform. In July 2019, they completed the Intro to Cardano course, also from Udemy. Additionally, Tracie obtained the IBM Blockchain Essentials V2 certification from IBM in February 2020. In October 2018, they acquired the CE 101 - Cryptoeconomics certification from Blockgeeks.

Tracie has also obtained certifications in other areas, including Technology Leadership from eCornell in November 2020 and Privacy by Design: Data Sharing from LinkedIn in January 2021. More recently, in April 2021, they earned the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci. Additionally, they have obtained the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
