Shafiq Hanafi

Shafiq Hanafi has a diverse range of work experience. Shafiq started their career in 2013 as a Marketing Associate at Starfish Biz, where they attended seminars, created packaging for new food products, and identified strategic locations for halal fisheries. In 2014, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Multimedia University, assisting faculty with registration, invigilating exams, and marking papers. Shafiq then joined NTT DATA Business Solutions in 2016 as a Resource Associate, before transitioning to Caliber Hunt International in 2018 as an Associate Talent Advisor. At Caliber Hunt International, they understood client job requirements and worked with various companies in the telecommunication and merchandise design sectors. In the same year, Shafiq also worked at ABS Engineering & Trading Sdn Bhd as a Human Resource Executive, where they handled industrial pump and flow equipment supplies. In 2021, they briefly worked at PHN Industry as a Talent Acquisition Executive. Shafiq's next role was at AMK Group in 2022 as an IT Recruiter and IT Expert Hunter, recruiting various IT roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, testers, and project managers. Shafiq then joined TASA Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Executive in 2022, before recently joining Aonic (formerly Poladrone) as a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Executive in 2023. Additionally, Shafiq has been a Contributor for Shutterstock since 2018.

Shafiq Hanafi pursued their education at Multimedia University. From 2008 to 2012, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. Later, from 2014 to 2017, Shafiq earned their Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the same university.
