Lafayette George

Lafayette George is currently the US Director of Operations at Polar Capital, where Lafayette manages operations for various investment products. Prior to their current role, Lafayette co-founded and serves as COO at Under The Radar Sports Media since 2013. Lafayette also held the position of Managing Director at Tradewinds Global Investors and Manager of Managed Account Programs at NWQ Capital Management. Lafayette started their career as an Assistant Portfolio Manager/Trader at Roxbury Capital and as Co-Manager of Operations at Bear Stearns & Co. Lafayette holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Washington and Azusa Pacific University.
