Terhi Kananen

Terhi Kananen has extensive experience in demand and supply planning, having worked at Polar Electro Oy since January 2003 as Manager of Demand and Supply Planning, overseeing production and logistics. Kananen's career at Polar Electro began in May 1997, progressing from roles such as Purchasing Manager and Global Production Planner to Logistics Development Engineer and Buyer, ultimately paving the way for managerial responsibilities. Kananen holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Logistics from LUT University, complemented by a Diploma in European Industrial Management specializing in operations management and supply chain management from the Helsinki University of Technology. Additionally, Kananen participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Hamburg University of Technology, further enhancing expertise in logistics.
