Tero Posio

Tero Posio is an experienced professional in the field of product development and design, currently serving as Manager of Polar Smart Coaching at Polar Electro Oy since January 2004. Posio has held various roles at Polar Electro, including Product Portfolio Manager, Senior Concept Designer, and Product Designer. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Researcher at VTT Electronics, focusing on software architectures and development processes in collaboration with industrial partners, and as a Researcher at the University of Oulu, concentrating on user-centered and market-driven product design. Tero Posio holds a Master of Science degree in Information Processing Science with a specialization in Software Business from the University of Oulu.
