Michael Ciarroni

Michael has held various leadership positions in operations and continuous improvement across multiple industries. With a track record of driving significant improvements in profitability and efficiency, Michael currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Polar Performance Materials, overseeing the transition to a full-scale industrial facility. Prior to this, Michael held roles at AirBoss of America, American Iron & Metal, Royal Building Products, and Magna International, focusing on operational excellence and strategic reorganization to achieve outstanding results. Michael holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree from McMaster University and has completed additional education at Schulich School of Business at York University.
