Charlene Walker

Charlene Walker has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on employee benefits, safety programs, and generalist support. Charlene currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at PSC, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Polar Service Centers from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2022, Charlene worked as the Corporate Human Resources & Employee Benefits Manager at Engineered Transportation International. Before that, they held various roles at Rev Group, Inc (Monaco/Navistar), including Corporate Human Resources & Employee Benefits Manager and Senior Human Resource Generalist. Charlene also gained experience at Monaco RV and Monaco Coach Corporation, where they held positions such as Manager of Safety/Workers Compensation/Disability and Benefits Administrator.

Charlene Walker has a strong educational background in the field of business and management. Charlene obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Human Resource Management from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Cleveland State Community College in 2019. In addition to their degrees, Charlene has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Charlene became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in February 2015, achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2012, and became a Certified Benefits Professional through WorldatWork in March 2008.
