Caleb Raywood

General Counsel & Company Secretary at Polarcus

Caleb Raywood is currently the General Counsel & Company Secretary at Polarcus. Prior to this, they held the same position at Sea Trucks Group from January 2010 to June 2016. During their time at Sea Trucks Group, Caleb was responsible for all legal matters affecting the group's operations and strategy, including tendering, offshore contracting project work, charter parties and joint venture agreements, corporate and asset finance and refinance, insurance, and corporate governance and compliance. In 2013, they successfully closed out a $200 million secured pre-IPO convertible guaranteed bond - the first ever equity linked bond to be issued from a West African group and only the fourth pre-IPO convertible bond to have been successfully placed in Europe. In 2014, they were entered within Lawyer Monthly's "Leading Lawyer Global 250 - 2014".

Caleb Raywood has a LL.M in European Business Law from University of Nijmegen (PALLAS), a Bar from Inns of Court School of Law, an LL.B (Hons) in English and European Laws from University of Essex, and a degree in Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).
