Bryce Youngren is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in technology and healthcare sectors. As a Managing Partner at Polaris Growth Fund since August 2018, Bryce focuses on investing in technology companies with EBITDA ranging from $1-$8M and serves on the boards of several innovative companies, including Amplifire and ARInsights. Bryce's experience also includes a longstanding role as Managing Partner at Polaris Partners, spanning from October 2002 to the present, and a Senior Associate position at Great Hill Partners, where notable investments included SmartMail and ManagedStorage. Previous roles include Associate positions at Willis Stein & Partners and Bear Stearns, alongside a foundational role as a Financial Analyst at George K. Baum & Company. Bryce holds an MBA in Private Equity from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
